• Identity & contact: name and mobile number.
• Location: pickup/delivery address and map coordinates.
• Order data: order details, services, notes and order history.
• Payment data: card details are processed by a licensed payment provider (e.g. Moyasar); we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: device and browser information to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use it

• Fulfil your orders from pickup to delivery, matching you to the nearest available laundry.
• Communicate order status with you (via WhatsApp or SMS).
• Issue ZATCA-compliant tax invoices.
• Improve the service and identify areas to expand based on demand.
• Support, customer service and fraud prevention.

3. Data sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• The partner laundry and driver assigned to your order (name, mobile, location) to deliver the service.
• The payment provider to complete transactions.
• Competent government authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (e.g. retaining tax invoices for the required period), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:

• Access your data and know how it is processed.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data where legally no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent to processing.

The service is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
